The IMECS 2007 is organized by the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), which is a nonpro?t international association for the engineers and computer scientists. The IMECS conferences serve as good platforms for the engineering community to meet with each other and exchange ideas. The conferences also struck a balance between theoretical and application development. The conference committees have been formed with over two hundred committee members who are mainly research center heads, faculty deans, department heads, professors, and research scientists from over 30 countries. The conferences are truly international meetings with a high level of participation from many countries. The response that we have received from the MultiConference is excellent. There have been more than 1,100 ma- script submissions for the IMECS 2007. All submitted papers have gone through the peer review process and the overall acceptance rate is 58.46 percent. cover-image-large.jpg 1 1.pdf 2 2.pdf 11 3.pdf 20 4.pdf 28 5.pdf 42 6.pdf 59 7.pdf 75 8.pdf 92 9.pdf 106 10.pdf 119 11.pdf 132 12.pdf 144 13.pdf 160 14.pdf 172 15.pdf 189 16.pdf 201 17.pdf 215 18.pdf 232 19.pdf 247 20.pdf 266 21.pdf 281 22.pdf 297 23.pdf 309 24.pdf 319 25.pdf 338 26.pdf 353 27.pdf 372 28.pdf 389 29.pdf 407 30.pdf 421 31.pdf 432 32.pdf 447 33.pdf 459 34.pdf 472 35.pdf 489 36.pdf 502 37.pdf 519 38.pdf 533 39.pdf 555 40.pdf 568 41.pdf 577 42.pdf 586 "Advances in Communication Systems and Electrical Engineering offers the latest information on the advances in communications system and electrical engineering and serves as an excellent reference work for researchers and graduate students working in this area."--Jacket
